Fax Machine is a very user-friendly and useful tool which lets you fax your documents scanned with your scanner without extra configuration. It combines fax, modem and scanner into a fax machine which saves user's time. It is supported by Windows 98 or higher operating systems and it requires a scanner with TWAIN standard support, which is the most common. It also contains a printer driver for printing all the faxes you receive or send.
It automatically detects all the devices and configures them accordingly.
Many options are given with this tool which let you do your job so quickly and precisely. A user can scan a page directly using a scanner with just a single click and can see a preview of the resulting file. Many files can be queued for faxing and the list will be shown in the main window of the fax machine. It can also fax graphical files saved on your hard disk. In the settings option user can set many parameters and effects.
The program uses Windows address book for finding and saving fax numbers. It is also capable of receiving faxes. It maintains all the incoming and outgoing fax records in inbox and outboxes respectively. |

What's new in version 6.0
Fixed bug: flashing tray icon, indicating a received fax, didn't stop flashing after opening Inbox.
Message box indicating that forwarding a received fax by email was unsuccessful is now self-closing, so that Fax Machine can continue to receive faxes. |
